About Us

Di Vine and Dine Experiences

Di Vine and Dine Experiences organizes tailored enogastronomic tours for wine lovers and foodies in Italy, France, Spain and Mexico. You will immerse yourself in the regional enogastronomic (the art of pairing wine with food) culture. You will visit the most iconic, award-winning wineries and Champagne Houses, picture-perfect towns, and learn about the creation of wine and champagne.

In addition to visits and tastings at award winning wineries you will savor the exquisite cuisine perfectly paired; visit cheese producers; admire Roman, Medieval, and Gothic Architecture; get inspired from a cooking lesson, take a river boat trip, and other activities.

The enchanting regions are filled with historic towns and UNESCO heritage sites, and other cities and towns, each with its own history which will astound you for their architecture, culture, gastronomy, and of course champagne and wine production. The tours start and end in key regional capital cities, which offer you the opportunity to extend your stay should you wish to do so.

During the tours, you will learn the story and essentials of grape and wine production, participate in at least 8-12 tastings, and explore the concepts of pairing champagne and wines with appropriate foods. We hope to refine both your nose for wine and its many aromas, from roses to apples, mangoes, pears, leather, truffle, licorice, and others. In addition, you will enhance your ability to discern the varied flavors that these wine tastings will familiarize you with, so that you may more fully enjoy them.

The tours are usually 8-9 days, and transfers to the wine-producing regions are by private bus. All accommodations are in 4-star hotels.
